"How is working with CCCC different?"

Our reputation depends on delivering success; thus:

  • There is no charge to chat with us.
  • You may talk with us as long as you like without obligation, or until you feel comfortable to move towards some agreement of services.
  • We give you as many escape routes as possible.
  • We always aim for fixed price contracts so you are not continually wondering if the meter is still running. 
  • We will do trial runs at no charge.
  • We offer lots of freebees:
    • Our seminars are free to any client engaged in a contract with us
    • Technical papers are provided gratis, on an 'as and when needed' basis
    • We will let you use our conference rooms or facilities at no charge.
  • All contracts with CCCC can be terminated prematurely, unilaterally, by you.

"How do I know I won't get taken advantage of?"

Our primary concern is delivering results to you and to ensure we do so:

  • We define the goals needed to satisfy you in advance. We decide together what constitutes success in this project (and thus what constitutes failure).
  • Many of our contracts guarantee a return on investment with a clause to reduce price to ensure the agreed-upon return occurs for you.
  • Everything CCCC does for a client fits somewhere into a 12-stage master plan to move you closer to Excellence.
  • We are not time-oriented and dollar-oriented but results-oriented to deliver what you want and you need, when you need it. (We believe ultimately, this will satisfy us too.)
  • In some cases we say: "Don't pay us until we deliver."
  • Internal quality control checks are embedded in every CCCC contract.

"How do I get started?"

  1. Contact us to arrange an initial meeting, or
  2. Communicate your needs by requesting and filling out a Business Assessment form which becomes the backdrop for a more serious conversation at the initial meeting.
  3. By the end of the initial meeting, there will be a mutual understanding whether CCCC can help you, or not. (Even if a decision is made not to move forward with CCCC, the assessment process provides insight into your company's situation and tangible value for you).
