System Maintenance
The chart below details the breakdown of each component and the reason for its inclusion.

| SYSTEM MAINTENANCE | Champion | Assign a champion to oversee the Corporate Accountability system maintenance. |
| Job changes | Adjust Job Measurement immediately in response to job changes, increases, decreases etc. for any employee and then up through the chain as applicable. | |
| New person | Not only integrating new personnel into the accountability system is necessary, their training for using the system is mandatory. | |
| Sharing the maintenance | While overseeing maintenance is the responsibility of the champion, it can only succeed if all supervisors share the maintenance load. |
