The chart below details the breakdown of each component and the reason for its inclusion.

Corporate Accountability Component Component Breakdown Reason for its Inclusion
DASHBOARDS (see also Employee Goal Setting ) Individuals Take the display of no more than 3 measures for each individual, preferably 1 or 2 rather than 3 (as detailed in Performance Monitoring). Show current month and year-to-date measures for each.
Departments Take the display of no more than 3 measures for each department, preferably 1 or 2 rather than 3. Show current month and year-to-date measures for each.
Company Take the display of no more than 3 measures for the company, preferably 1 or 2 rather than 3. Show current month and year-to-date measures for each. Determine who has access to what level of dashboards throughout the company.
