| INFORMATION FLOW | Information flow definition | The right amount of information has to get to the right people at the right time so that they can make timely and appropriate decisions about their next steps. |
| Four levels of information flow | Ensure all four levels of flow are maintained: • Immediate information flow such as action lists, sharing high level information and decisions with lower level people • Departmental information flow such as marketing information for prospects, sales information for clients, technical support information for users • Strategic information flow such as sharing: information between departments, financial information, centralized information, field feedback, announcements of lead times • Accountability information concerning job measurement, job performance, departmental performance |
