Corporate Accountability Component Component Breakdown Reason for its Inclusion
INFORMATION FLOW Information flow definition The right amount of information has to get to the right people at the right time so that they can make timely and appropriate decisions about their next steps.
Four levels of information flow Ensure all four levels of flow are maintained:
Immediate information flow such as action lists, sharing high level information and decisions with lower level people
Departmental information flow such as marketing information for prospects, sales information for clients, technical support information for users
Strategic information flow such as sharing: information between departments, financial information, centralized information, field feedback, announcements of lead times
Accountability information concerning job measurement, job performance, departmental performance
